Michael E. Scheinberg is a partner in Pircher, Nichols & Meeks’ real estate department.

Since 1989 Mr. Scheinberg’s practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions, including private equity, restructurings, development, loan origination and workouts, joint ventures, acquisitions and dispositions as well as leasing.

Mr. Scheinberg has been a member of the real estate and tax section of the State Bar of California since his admission in 1983 and is a member of the Los Angeles Bar Association.
