This week CBRE arranged the sale of a 50 acre site near the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, Florida on behalf of the seller, UBS.

The site is located east of Downtown Disney, along Interstate 4 at Meadowcreek Boulevard. Robbie McEwan and Jim Kazaros of CBRE's Land Services Group in Orlando marketed the site for sale with a global marketing campaign and represented UBS in the disposition.

Situated along eastbound Interstate 4, the site wraps around the Orlando World Center Marriott Resort golf course, adjacent to the 1,037-unit Sheraton Vistana Resort Villas.

Approvals are in place for 1,429 hotel/timeshare units.

The site was purchased for an undisclosed price to a New York investment firm.
