(MIAMI, FL) -- Fractional Life has announced that they will hold the Fractional Summit USA at the Intercontinental Hotel in downtown Miami September 1, 2010.

One of the main events of the summit will be a special 'Purchaser's Panel' session that will focus on who are fractional owner customers and why they buy a fractional property.

Piers Brown, founder of event organizer Fractional Life said: "The purchaser's panel is something new and unique among fractional conferences. Delegates will get the chance to discover what key factors influenced our panel's purchasing decisions, such as why and how they bought into the concept; what were their 'triggers', influencers and key motivations for purchase; what was the timespan of their decision making process; how much research they did and by what means; what they've enjoyed, what they haven't and what could be improved. The session promises to be more enlightening and informative than any focus group."

Panel chair Elaine Joli said: "This session is a great opportunity for developers and agents to get a feel for what buyers want and expect from them. Rather than relying on online surveys, focus groups and third-party market research, Fractional Summit USA offers a face-to-face chance to interact with and learn from buyers of a range of fractional property offers, including destination clubs and PRCs."
