CPEX Real Estate Leases 136 DeKalb Avenue in Fort Greene

The current tenant, Carol's Daughter, opened its first store at this site 10yrs ago. When their lease came due, they worked out a deal with the landlord to give back a portion of the space. CPEX was hired by the landlord to market the recaptured 650sf of space. Mauzac signed a 10yr lease for the space which is expected to open as a Wine Bar in early 2010.
