CPEX Real Estate leases 2,500 SF to a national retailer at 2220 Flatbush Avenue

The remaining 2,500 sf of space that was available at 2220 Flatbush Avenue was leased to a national retailer. The store is expected to open in early 2010. The lease was signed for five years with an additional five year option. The space was leased for close to the asking price of $30 per square foot.
