Eric Altschul, Associate Director of Leasing at CPEX, sat on a panel for the Supermarket Attraction Seminar sponsored by the Brooklyn Economic Development Corporation (BEDC)

The event was geared towards encouraging the development of supermarkets in underserved areas of Brooklyn. Other panelists included representatives from NYC City Planning, NYSERDA, NYC Economic Development Corp. and Food Industry Alliance. Much of the discussion was focused on the NYC EDC FRESH (Food Retail Expansion to Support Health) program & incentives available to supermarket operators.</p
