CB Richard Ellis Secures Lease Renewal On 216,748 SF At Orlando Warehouse Portfolio

(Orlando, Florida - February 9, 2010) The Orlando office of CB Richard Ellis is pleased to announce that Erik W. Schwetje, CCIM, FVP, represented the landlord, Orlando Warehouse Portfolio, in an early 36-month lease renewal. The tenant McKesson Medical-Surgical, Inc., renewed all 216,478 SF at 401 Gills Dr Bldg in Orlando, FL. The tenant was represented by Ray Romano, VP, from CBRE Orlando.
