Meritage Homes Acquires 31 Home Sites at Wekiva Springs Estates in Apopka

Meritage Homes has acquired 31 home sites at Wekiva Springs Estates, located off S. Wekiva Springs and Welch Roads in Apopka. Brian Kittle, director of sales, said Meritage Homes is building new four, five, six, seven, and eight-bedroom homes at Wekiva Springs Estates that range in size from 1,994 square feet of living space to 5,111 square feet.
