Lee & Associates Negotiates $7 Million Industrial Lease on Behalf of Hosley International Inc.

Justin Fierz and Brian Vanosky, principals of Lee & Associates Chicago, have completed a long term lease renewal and expansion for a 469,000-square-foot industrial space located at 6750 Daniel Burnham Dr. in Portage, Indiana. The value of the lease is in excess of $7 million. They represented the tenant, a global home décor manufacturing and distribution company, Hosley International Inc.
