Kardashians List House, Filmed in E! Reality Show
The one-story estate, on an acre of lush grounds, is where the E! network reality TV show "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" is filmed. The third season of the show, a modern-day version of "The Brady Bunch," isn't expected to begin until March. The family is hoping there will be ample time to sell the house before then.

Ovitz, 62, left Disney with a severance package said to be worth about $140 million.
No reason was given for the listing, but it has 13,000 square feet of living space and that includes seven bedrooms, 7.5 bathrooms and a screening room. The home also has a pool, pool house and auto court. There are mountain and canyon views.

Paula Redstone, estranged wife of billionaire Sumner Redstone, has purchased a Beverly Hills home for almost $4.2 million.
The house has five bedrooms and nine bathrooms in 7,600 square feet. It also has wood floors, beamed ceilings and seven brick fireplaces. There is a pond-like pool outside and an outdoor dining area with a pizza oven.
Sumner Redstone, an octogenarian, filed for divorce from his much-younger second wife, Paula, in October. He owns Viacom Inc. and CBS Corp.
Drew Mandile and Brooke Knapp of Sotheby's International Realty, Beverly Hills, had the listing. Ernie Carswell of Teles Properties Inc., Beverly Hills, sold the property, according to the MLS.

The unit has three bedrooms, marble bathrooms, wood floors, walk-in closets and 11-foot ceilings. It also has maid service, valet service, a health club and closed-circuit security monitors, the listing states.
The sheikh paid $6.1 million for the 3,300-square-foot unit in 2005, according to property and other records. The condo is rented through June at $30,000 a month.
Carrie Chiang and Alexa Tirado of the Corcoran Group have the listing.
Alex Rodriguez, the Yankee All-Star third baseman, has listed for sale his renovated 4,600-square-foot unit in the same Manhattan building where the sheikh has a condo on the market.
The baseball star is asking $10 million for his 4,600-square-foot unit. He originally asked $14 million for it.
Adam Modlin of the Modlin Group has that listing.
