International property broker Knight Frank's latest Global House Price Index is reporting that urban house prices worldwide are rising at their fastest rate since 2007 and of the 150 cities they track, 43 are now registering annual price growth above 10%.
According to new research by international property consultant JLL, global commercial real estate transaction volumes declined by 13% year-on-year in the first quarter of 2021.
International property consultant Knight Frank is reporting that urban house prices globally increased by 5.6% on average in 2020, up from 3.2% in 2019.
A number of global cities are seeing sales volumes continue to recover with April looking to be the low point for residential activity.
According to global property consultant Knight Frank's latest Wealth Report 2020 reveals that private capital was responsible for $333 billion of all commercial real estate purchases in 2019, a 5% rise on the previous year.
